Google Sites for Teacher and Students Room 403

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Maximize your teacher workflow by creating an effective website using Google Sites. Add resources, announcements, links, calendar(s), and much more to your teacher site. See also how students can create Google Sites to serve as a central hub for their work.

Sites help teacher communicate purpose(s) and connection to Common Core
Sites serve as a way for students to students to show evidence of achieving Common Core Standards. Student self-publishing addresses some CCSS directly. (Ex: “Use technology, including the Internet, to produce, publish, and update individual or shared writing products…”)

Instructional Technology Outreach Consultant, Los Angeles County Office of Education
I have worked in public education for 30 years and in higher education for 20 years. I've taught at the elementary, middle and high school levels. I have had educational management jobs in two districts and did a one-year stint at the San Diego County Office of Education. | | People should talk with me about coding for kids, Google's tools in education, teaching teachers about technology.
